Arts and Play Therapy for Sensitive Children
Supporting children’s gifts and potential
A therapeutic space for children who are highly sensitive, that allows them to gently build inner confidence and well-being through self-expression.
"Children are the world’s most valuable resource and its best hope for the future"
J F Kennedy
Amy is interested in offering help to any child that is in need of a therapeutic space. She has found that there is an increasing need for support services for sensitive children. There are many books becoming available about sensitive or psychic children, sometimes labeled indigo, crystal and rainbow children.
“As a sensitive child myself I would have loved to have had this support. In some ways I feel my true learning started when I left school. I believe society as a whole can benefit from supporting children’s emotional and spiritual development to help them in all areas of their life”
Who is this for?
Children ages 3-14 years, who are highly sensitive.

Art is a non-threatening way to visually communicate anything that is difficult to put into words. All thoughts, feelings and emotions can be safely expressed in this way.
Sandplay provides children with the opportunity to express their feelings, emotions and inner world in a non-verbal and non threatening way via miniatures. This can help a child solve problems both consciously and unconsciously.
